Chimpanzee Conservation Center (CCC)

The CCC is Guinea’s only chimpanzee sanctuary. Founded in 1997, it rescues and rehabilitates orphaned chimpanzees confiscated from the illegal wildlife trade. The CCC also supports conservation through environmental education, community development, and biodiversity protection. Its mission is to give chimpanzees a second chance while helping protect their species and habitat.
